Thee act of not jusit getting drunk but so drunk you cant walk and or speak. Getting to the point of passing out and throwing up due to over consumption of Alchohol.

Guy1: Dude we were all so deboushed after our rookie party last night.

Guy2: No kidding man we should get deboushed again soon.

when a persons shitfaced, then takes too much of another drug, usually some potweed, and handles it like a rookie. you know ur deboshed when youve got the spins so bad that you can see words spiraling out of your mouth and not making sense
