Dante Syndrome 

Dante Syndrome is when someone works at a crappy dead end job (usually minimum wage). Instead of taking responsibility and making a change, they become complacent and take their job way too seriously. Named after Dante Hicks from the Kevin Smith film Clerks
Person 1: Why the fuck, on her day off, is she coming into Wendy's on a Saturday night to clean.
Person 2: She has a bad case of Dante Syndrome.
