Could only ever be the lamest handle in all of urban dictionary land. This self given title is obviously a joking play on words because anyone that could call themselves this name and then give a definition that’s so low and cruel must be because they are they’re one and only fan. This “person” is obviously the furthest thing from being cute inside or out. IRL they are ugly af and end up fat and friendless because of just how mean they truly are.

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
