The technique is perform by inserting the Pointer Finger into the Genitalia and the Thumb into the Anus , as if you were to attempt to complete the elusive 7 -10 Split. (Note to Reader) the Technique is properly executed when you hear a distinct “Pucker Pop” suction sound.
