It is slang that was used for about a month in the 1970s, and select people have been using it to describe something positively, particularly to describe a close relationship. It is most commonly used to describe a very close friendship that could turn into (or already is) romantic interest.

A very amazing color, Its the color you see right as you open your eyes on a sunny summer morning, almost like an easter dream. Not one certain color, but you would know it when you saw it.
