Crashing Out

Entering a short/momentary phase of intense depression, often accompanied by horrible decision making, and a lack of motivation overall. Some symptoms of Crashing Out include: bedrotting, texting your ex-situationship, hyperfixating on socializing with one person and only that person, low energy, low libido, and vitamin D deficiency. Gen-Z and young millenials are the most common victims of Crash-outs, as these people tend to be the most chronically online, and socially sheltered.
"Hey, I haven't heard from you in a few days, is everything alright?"

"yeah i'm fine, just been crashing out"

Crashing Out

When one loses all control due to frustration, anger or other stress leading them to act impulsively or even violently. Depending on the specific situation can be humorous to watch. More or less Gen Z slang for a temper tantrum or flipping out.
"That streamer is crashing out after someone told him to put the fries in the bag. The cops are trying to calm him down but he keeps screaming about making six figures."

Crashing out

Unfortunately, what people say is real is not it’s a word used to shame people having appropriate emotional responses by Miss labeling it so this is not in fact, a word that exists.
My friend is not crashing out. She’s having an appropriate emotional response.

Crashing Out

To be so overwhelmed with emotion (most often anger) that you risk overstimulation and eventually shutting down or having an emotional outbreak.
Dude, I have so much homework I'm really so close to crashing out.
