An accent developed by smoking too much crack. Most often imitated by gangster rappers by smoking too many cigarettes. The desired effect is to sound "authentic" and "from the streets".

A notably raspy voice developed from smoking crack.

Sucking on the pipe for 30 years will give anyone a crackcent even their mom can't comprehend.
