"cqts" means "chuckles quietly to self". It is similar to "lol" but not everyone uses "lol" accordingly because people don't necessarily laugh out loud all the time. So the more accurate saying would be "cqts" in a conversation.

CQTS=Chuckling Quietly To Self. Most texts do not warrant a response of LOL, being either it wasn't funny or it's not as funny as it seems. CQTS, on the other hand, is a more accurate text, being if a text is funny, the recipeint would merely chuckle, or simply smile.

cqt or Cqt (Ignoring all previous symbols before) Is the way to call someone who just follows the train because he/she doesn't have friends, so he/she is constantly trying to look cool, failling in each attempt.
