anyone from middle america (specifically the midwest) who lives within, is particularly fond of, or rarely leaves the corn (the corn refers to any US state that is west of Pennsylvania and east of Colorado that also does not border an ocean or the Gulf of Mexico)

Holly: Did you see all those corn people in Times Square this morning?
Amy: Yeah they we’re wearing matching t-shirts and visors and they took up the whole sidewalk.
