The act of two people farting at the same time, while in a position of snuggling butt to butt.

My wife and I were watching a show naked that I didn't care to watch so I laid opposite of her on our bed with our butts touching and my head dangling from the bed watching upside down. We both farted at the same time and our mutual friend that was watching with us shouted "You two just coflatulated!"

Conflatulate 

To conflate two or more similar sounding words to humorous effect.

My wife has a tendency to conflatulate.

She just asked me to pass her the Sand Hanitizer.

She keeps saying "Hey Alexandra!" and wonders why Alexa never responds.

I would be concerned, but she's done it all her life, so I know it's not dementia.
