2. To sarcastically congradulate someone, as if their achievement was worthy only of a fart

To conflate two or more similar sounding words to humorous effect.
My wife has a tendency to conflatulate.

She just asked me to pass her the Sand Hanitizer.

She keeps saying "Hey Alexandra!" and wonders why Alexa never responds.

I would be concerned, but she's done it all her life, so I know it's not dementia.
