A man who is a total dickhead and also in his eighth decade of life (numerically. i.e. 80 - 89 years old).

a play on the word 'octogenarian' meaning someone who has reached the ripe old age of 80. by that measure, a cocktogenarian is someone who has slept with 80 men. simple as.

it may also apply in the unlikely occurance of a man having 80 penises.
