it's just the word "true" with a twist. instead of true, you say it like "chrue chrew"
but i wanted to add more spice, at the same time i was hungry. so churros came to mind then, chrue + rros happened.

friend: "if bbm didnt need a diploma to run as president, then i should've ran as a candidate too."
me: "chruerros!"
