Also can be used as a verb.

A- "Oh my god, look at her chocky dress!" or "Man, that party was chock'd up!"
V- "Don't be jealous of my chockin' skillz!"

Lead Rapper for Public Enemy. Public Enemy was a politically-motivated band. Chuck D and Public Enemy had a huge effect on the white and black community. Also one the great rappers of his time. One of the best rappers ever.
