Means to be having a great time, to be chilling out
The shortened version of "chilling and killing."

Can be seen used in the movie: Scary Movie... "Yo what you doin son?..... Just..chillin.. and killin..."
(chillin killin is usually said after saying the word "just")
Person 1: Hey what's up?
Person 2: Nothing much, just chillin killin

Chillin' Like Krillin 

Refers to when a practing monk chills out due to there resemblance to the Dragonball series character Krillin. Krillin from the Dragonball series looks a lot like a monk due to his bald head and 6 dots on his forhead.
Individual A: That guy looks really relaxed for a serious monk.

Individual B: Yeah man, he's chillin' like Krillin.
