Chigantic 

Adjective, Used to describe anything of chinese origin that is relatively large when being compared to other things of chinese origin, but small when being compared to other ethnic origins. A good example would be a chinese penis that is 3 inches rather than the average 2 inch chinese penis.

Wow, his tool is chigantic, but its still small compared to everyone elses.

The word you need when your brother is being dumbass and weird. If he is laughing like a maniac chugnant is your word. It means slightly revolting, disturbing and quite frankly what the hell!
