1. An alternative form of spelling for the superlative adjective slang term "chillest," that utilizes character substitution (sometimes referred to as "Leet" or "Leetspeak") to take two number 1's in succession or the number eleven to replace or *substitute* for the two letter "L's" in the traditional spelling of "chillest";

a) relating to a high degree of calmness or relaxation, experienced or felt by a person's mood, emotion, or state of mind

b) fashionably attractive or impressive without being imposing in appearance nor pretentiously so
