cedagency 

cedagency (\ sə-ˈdā-jən(t)-sē \)
(n., pron.)
1. to allow other persons to influence your thoughts about things that you really should care about, because you’re too indifferent to be bothered;

2. to allow other persons to do things for you, or act on your behalf, that you could, or should do, because you didn’t care enough to learn how to do those things.

To be distinguished from: propaganda, laziness, existential ennui.
(noun): “My wife buys all of my clothes, because I have no cedagency for fashion.”

(pronoun): “That candidate is unqualified, but he’s counting on the cedagency vote to win the election.”
