Australian? expression meaning to rev an engine hard, or to put some muscle into it when undoing a bolt, for example.
1) It's not too bad if driven normally, but when you give it some curry.... that's when it sucks fuel.
2) The only thing holding it there is the 2 bolts under the headlight, these will also be hard to remove, so dont be afraid to give it some curry.
