The act of a man capping off an orgasm with a thumb, for 2 or 3 seconds, then releasing the pressurized coom. The captain part is if the ropes are more than 3.

Captain Capital
Anyone who capitalizes all of their words. Persons acting as a Captain Capital usually have above average grammar. They also tend to be attention whores on Youtube/and or other websites that have Up and Down voting.
It is not the same as captain caps lock because not every single letter is capitalized only the first.
