Crapigeon, a portmanteau of its ingredients, a stray cat stuffed with a
pigeon stuffed with a rat. Generally cooked, though not always; when cooked, a tire
fire is often employed, lending a unique flavor to the
meat.
Similar to Turducken (a dish consisting of a partially de-boned turkey stuffed with a de-boned duck, which itself is stuffed with a small de-boned chicken)
In a fit of
depression, I hung out under the interstate bridge with guys I had not seen since high
school; we huffed gold paint, and dined on
fresh barrel-cooked crapigeon.
