Clown to Clown communication is the term used when two low IQ beings converse about some stupid shit that doesn't benefit anyone. c2c is a 2 way communication i.e. both parties are allowed to talk or act like idiots on the channel as long as they're adhering to FRFSP (First Retard First Serve Protocol)
