butthole whiplash

The act of getting hit in the anus, or butthole, usually while performing a bicycle, dirt bike, skateboard or other extreme sports activity that doesn't go as planned.

Matthew took that bicycle seat straight to the anus, I hope he doesn't have butthole whiplash.
