Similiar to butherface in that it describes a woman with a uggles face, but different in that theres no points awarded in the body aspect.

Hilary Swank is so ugly, she can't be called a butter face, but a butherself.

Variation on the term "butterface." Refers to a woman who is beautiful on the outside, but ugly on the inside, i.e. everything about her is attractive, but-her-self.

Yeah, she looks good, but she's a real butterself.
