The mentality of one who is good at begging and bad at accepting responsibility.

John has a job and makes decent money, but he's bad at paying rent and other bills. Every time I see him, he's asking me for money. John has a bum mentality.

Bumentality

A portmanteau of Bum Mentality, Bumentality (pronounced buh-mentality) refers to the thinking of someone unwilling to act or impose their will if it comes with the risks of failure or embarrassment. It is not designed as a permanent description, you can have strong people be troubled with temporary Bumentality.

LA : Damn, I was hooping with Rio and he got himself an open shot, but then just chose to drive into the other team.
BR : Yeah, that bitch has bumentality
