The act of using AI chatbots, like ChatGPT, to craft messages or responses for conversations on dating apps such as Tinder, Bumble, or Hinge. Often used to appear more witty, charming, or engaging than one actually is. Basically catfishing your personality.

I thought Jake was super smooth, but then I caught him botfishing when he copy-pasted the same AI-generated pickup line to my friend.
