Bodaggit 

A tear-drop shaped piece of feces which dangles from the rectum while defecating. To knock it off you must rock back and forth and from cheek to cheek to dislodge it from your sphincter.

The word itself is technically descriptive of a small amount of feces lodged in one's ass crack, possibly accompanied by bits of toilet paper. However, in general usage, the term is often applied to a person--in reference to that person being a complete dingleballs.
