Often used when one does not have Netflix, but has bud in abundance. Used in the same way as Netflix and chill.

Girl: Hey wanna Netflix and chill?
Guy: I don't have Netflix right now, but I've got a lot of bud... How about blunts and chill?
Girl: Yessssssss
