(n.) A small rural town in Northern
Virginia where the average citizen has more cows than teeth in his head, and officials refuse to build a new high school for the local peasants. Known for being close to Loudon County and Winchester. Local teens known for rabid consumption of
drugs, alcohol, and various household cleaning procucts, as
well as love of tractors, chewing tobacco, and sheep pootang. The same families have ruled the Ville for hundreds of years, deciding on important town issues such as barley rationing, bingo nights, and square
dance-offs.
