A often gullible person who goes on with reckless hate towards a specified group of people (Such as Otakus or Furries), without doing any form of relevant research or providing valid evidence. Uses negative stereotypes against literally every single member of such group, no matter how untrue it is, and not bothering when proven wrong or pointed out for hypocrisy.

Person 1: "Nah fuck off child groomer"
Person 2: "Not all furries groom children dumbass. U don't even have proof that this guy does that"
Person 1: "Nah, they all groom children and fuck dogs idc"
Person 2: "Wow okay then antitard, won't even bother seeing what your own anti culture does then"
