An arkuum is a word made by a website called imgflip in where a owner or a high power administrator commits a streak of mod abuses that basically cripples the group they’re in. Usually in the website, it refers to an owner of a stream (max five owners) who removes all the other owners permissions and takes full control of the stream.

On other apps such as discord or Reddit, it can be referred as “an owner or administrator who permabans everyone with mod powers below him and anyone who has the potential to become a mod.”
“So how come this server has no moderators even though it has 200,000 people in it?”

“The top administrator just committed an arkuum and left”
