ambiarchy 

in between a patriarchy and a matriarchy. everyone is equal. there is no superiority between men and women.

i wish our society was an ambiarchy not a patriarchy.

atriarchy

a society which functions with all genders in equal power and equally treated socially, politically, and economically.

patriarchies and matriarchies have evidently been proven to be ineffective and/or discriminatory. let's build an atriarchy.
