It is typically used to describe a specific kind of boldness, "gall," or nerve, and unapologetic behavior displayed by a black person.

"The Afrodacity of her TikTok rant is wild, imagine being the 'customer from hell' and then acting like you're the victim because the manager finally told you to leave."
