A website where you can go pick a nickname and meet new friends/strangers. there are so little people on the site that you normally get the same people over and over. Basically a shitty version of Omegle or Chatroulette.

Ragan: "I met the coolest girl on anicechat.net last night!"
Eric: "That site sucks, you get such a better variety of people on Omegle"
Ragan: "But I can go talk to her every night, cant do that on omegle can you?!?"
Eric: "Thats why they invented instant messagers, douche"
