Pull a Beth

v. To shit in one's own bathtub, hot tub, or shower after falling asleep in it by accident. It is more or less a good thing, if you don't mind being known as that person who shat themselves in their own bathtub/hot tub/shower.
Last night I got drunk, passed out in the shower, and when I woke up, I saw that I had decided to pull a Beth in my sleep.

Luke? Isn't he that kid who pulled a Beth at the hot tub party?

Pull a Beth Bourne

To suddenly ostracize oneself from one’s entire family and community by becoming radically transphobic and/or becoming unhealthily obsessed with transgender kids.
“I was thinking of coming out to my mom as nonbinary, but she’s been ‘doing a lot of her own research’ lately… I hope she doesn’t pull a Beth Bourne!”

Beth-Is-A-Whore

a multi-player card game where there are 9 cards in a square face up. The dealer holds the cards and chooses another player. This player must guess whether a card is higher or lower than any of the 9 face up on the pile. To be able to pass on to another player, you must guess 3 correct. You may choose to keep playing or pass to another player in which case you become the dealer. If you guess wrong you must drink the number of cards in the that pile (if there is an 8 and you guess 'higher' and the card played is an 8, that's a loss).

When all the cards are dealt out the current dealer chooses a row of 3 piles (in either direction)to "clear." Shuffle and these are now the dealer's cards. Continue until dealer's cards are finished and clear another row leaving only 3 piles to choose from on the table.

*When playing with Hardcore rules, after dealer's cards are done, take away one pile until there is only 1 pile to finish the game with, loser will end up drinking 52 seconds if the last card is guessed incorrectly.
Jean Louis always wants to play Beth-Is-A-Whore when (and after) we are at Charlie Browns drinking $2 pints (or $1.50 margaritas).

Pulling a Bethesda

When a good thing goes horribly wrong.
Like per say the hype fallout76 generated only to get a massive letdown from a loving community
Also a game made just for the company's revenue and without little regaurd for the fans.
Like the Bag gate.
Nicholas: hey I just got fallout 76 today!
Will: cool, but don't pull a Bethesda and play that game, it'll be a huge let down to a hardcore Bethesda fan!
Nicholas:Oh your talking about Pulling a Bethesda? It's ok I'm pretty sure it'll be a solid game
Will: I'm sure your mistaken

French slang, which translated, means "bull's fashion" but basically equates to "hyper trendy" or overly trendy. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.

Usage:
* Often casual, ironic, or meme-y
* Can imply effortless weight loss, suppressed hunger, or being “powered by pharmaceuticals”

Notes:
Not a brand name—just shorthand for the whole GLP-1 wave. Frequently shows up in online jokes, gym talk, and group chats where people pretend they’re *totally* doing it naturally.
“I’m not dieting, I’m just on that glippy.”
“Ever since the glippy hit, food feels optional.”
“That summer body? Yeah, glippy assisted.”
