An occurrence wherein rich white people buy property and create yoga studios in depressed urban neighborhoods.

to gentrify in a way that appears to be progressive or accepting/understanding on the surface of what that is/represents but in a way that strips something of original meaning and or value, most commonly with young white gen-z misusing AAVE
