This is the origin of the common colloquial phrase, "You Bettcha!" from Fargo, Minnesota. It is the 'Minnesota Nice' version of "You Bet Your Ass!" which most normal people in the United States use to prove a point.

You Bett'Ya that Fargo IS in Minnesota and NOT North Dakota!
