Acronym for "Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team." Basically, it's a division of Microsoft employees who get off by banning random paying customer's Xbox Live accounts for no good reason.
To add insult to injury, these employees not only offer no explanation whatsoever for the bans, but refuse to give refunds to the customers for the service they were deprived of and effectively steal the customer's money.
