A developed diseased cause by dedicating all of an individual's time to wrestling to the point where every activity they do has something to do with the sport of wrestling; when everything a person talks about is wrestling or talks primarily only to people associated with wrestling
"I literally cannot talk to Johnny! All he talks about is wrestling!" "You didn't know he was diagnosed with wrestlingitis?"
"Dude, I love wrestling, but Bob over there is diagnosed with wrestlingitis so he literally breathes stance in motion"
Coach: "Ok little Johnny, Bobby over there has stage 3 wrestlingitis so it's most likely you're gonna lose but I want you to give it your best shot"
Lil Johnny:" I don't wanna verse him, last time I wrestled a kid with wrestlingitis, I went myself when i stepped on the line"
