Workquilibrium

A state of mind in which a person's job feels right to them, right now.

It might be that all aspects of their job (work-life balance, compensation, boss, team, engagement, opportunities, commute, etc.) are good enough, or even great. It is more likely that some aspects are good enough to outweigh the ones that aren't.
I'm not looking for a new job because I have workquilibrium at the moment.

I get paid so well that nothing could throw off my workquilibrium.
