A jail term for the caucasian population. Mostly used in SouthWestern portion of US jails. Whites (not even nazi or racist) are cliqued up based on race politics. Other races called kinfolk, chicanos, or paisas like to call the whites peckerwoods as an insult. So they like to turn around a say “Whites Only One Day Soon” WOODS.
