Wiki Tool 

A loser on Wikipedia or a Wiki who follows the Wikis rules so tightly, they are tools. Common traits are undoing your edits for no reason, claiming every source you present is "not reliable", and overall just being stupid.

Person who spends a significant amount of time and effort updating wikipedia, openstreet, etc. for free

Don's such a wikitool, all he ever does is add stuff to wiki sites in his free time.
