A combination of the words “Weeb” and “Boomer”

A Weeboomer is anyone who grew up on older/classic golden age of anime (between 1990-2010) and now nostalgically talks about it the way boomers talk about “the good old days.”

A Weeboomer would be an older anime fan who watched the early waves of anime in the West and reminisces about them before anime made their big waves into main stream pop culture.
Weeboomer: anybody who watched anime on cable, VHS tapes or DVDs before streaming services: Toonami, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Sci-Fi Network etc.

Show examples: Dragon ball Z, Sailor Moon, Gundam Naruto, Bleach, Yu Yu Hakusho, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh, Fist to the North Star, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Inuyasha, Ghost in the Shell, Vampire Hunter D and more
