A Web-Kun is a charismatic animator with strong connections and ties to the Webgen community. He/She/They are a Pers-Kun who does animate things usually digitally, not only on a tablet but also on a computer.
Pokemon, Pretty Cure, Dragon Ball Z, Space Battleship Yamato, Cowboy Bebop, Sailor Moon, Sonic X, Evangelion, Cyborg 009, Kikaider and Naruto have all undoubtedly inspired many a prominent Web-Kun such as Ryo-Timo and the like.
