a wagnorp can be used in 2 different ways:
NOUN: a person who is goofy at an extreme amount (like, V E R Y goofy)
ADJECTIVE: goofy.

1: man, insert name here is such a wagnorp! i don't believe it!
2: i'm feeling wagnorp today. *proceeds to throw a cinder block at random pedestrian*
