A crazy man or a woman who is poisoned in their brain do to some kind of birth defect. Or do to Pcp. Someone who is a danger to society and themselves particularly people who belongs in mental institution settings who needs drugs like being placed on a Thorazine drip or if unable to commit their self they need to reduce themself to alcohol and or Street medication
