WWDQD

An acronym that stands for "What would Don Quixote do?". In a mad world, sometimes in makes sense to go ham on idealistic madness for a noble cause. I can be a last great act of defiance against the powers and powerful of the world. It can be a cry for help. It can be a vow to try to live by an noble ideal despite ones own limitations or those imposed by a cruel world. It can be a lament, that here we are in 2024 and out powerful leaders seem powerless to lead us to peace.
As an adolescent, I had a dream of being a hero. As a young adult, I failed and acquired a stain that will never be removed. Here I am as an old man, and I vow, with my last ounce of courage to WWDQD.

What would Don Quixote do?
I refused to see life on earth as it is, and let myself go a little WWDQD so that I could improve myself and in a dream scenario make a positive impact on the world. To save the world, and to let the world save me.
