Unlike WASP, this is s British acronym standing for Waste Of Space Prick (sometimes Prat or Pillock) and is usually applied to someone who is so monumentally stupid that they don't even realise they're stupid.

Malcolm's done it again! He got sent some malware and, instead of isolating it, he copied it to everybody, now the system is down for three days while it's cleaned out!

WOSP 

A commonly used British acronym originating in London (there are so many of them there) and standing for Waste Of Space Prick, Prat or Pillock. It is not the same as WASP, although they can be WOSPs as well but is applied to someone who is so monumentally stupid that they don't even realise they're stupid.

Somebody who is like a wasp. Annoying unwanted, generally detestable, and incites rage in everyone who they are near.

It is most commonly prefixed with "Fockin'".

Eg. "That guy is a fockin' wosp mate".
