Vagwashing 

When a male character written for a popular show/movie is replaced by a woman. This can take place in either a reboot, remake or new production.

With all this vagwashing in movies, I'm wondering when Bond will become a dame.

Agwashing 

when companies pretend to be using Agile Delivery Methodologies within their Development teams or Organisation as a whole when in fact they are not. Examples of good practices

These are all examples of "Agwashing"

- Switching to Jira to create your waterfall project plan so you can tell management you're Agile
- Insisting the supplier creates a fully defined scope of work before starting the new Agile project
- Placing value upon completing work rather than making something work

It became obvious the new CTO was "Agwashing" when he started complaining about scope change and non-delivery of Milestones

Fagwashing 

When non-LGBT characters get turned queer. Usually caused by Tumblr or Twitter.

Did you hear they are fagwashing that homophobic character into a gay guy on tumblr? Weird.
