Urinal One

A $1 bill that's so wrinkled, dirty and worn out, it looks like it was found on the floor of a men's public bathroom. It has little or no vending value whatsoever.
Waitress: And here's your change.
Britta: Ah gross! Look at this urinal one she gave me back! I don't even wanna touch it. Somebody trade me for a crispy one.

One Urinal Rule

Particularly for men, the One Urinal Rule is the act of placing your self in a public restroom where there is at least one urinal between you and the nearest other person in the room. If there are not enough urinals to do so, take an empty toilet stall.

Not necessary if there are large enough walls between the urinals.

There will be times where this rule may not be able to be applied, such as a busy restroom.

Not necessary for toilet stalls.

This helps prevent awkward restroom conversations.
James walks into the mens room only to see two urinals and one man at them,he then recalls the One Urinal Rule, James then decides to walk into a stall instead of standing next to the other man.

one foot in the urinal

Doing electrical work while putting oneself at risk by working with body grounded.
Better put on boots and gloves before working on potentially live wiring. You may as well have one foot in the urinal.
More from Urban Dictionary
West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
They're playing nu-metal now, bloody grebos!
